Jeremy Patterson, (owner operator)
owner of J4 Outdoors Property Services, was raised in the rental property business learning the trade firsthand by working alongside his father from a young age. What started as tagging along on job sites quickly turned into a lifelong career built on real-world experience, not shortcuts.
Right out of high school, Jeremy stepped fully into the industry, managing rental properties and handling everything from maintenance and cleanouts to full property turnarounds. For over 30 years, he’s done the work himself gaining the kind of knowledge you only get from being in the field day in and day out.
In 2021, Jeremy officially launched J4 Outdoors Property Services, bringing decades of hands-on experience into a company focused on reliability, speed, and results. Since then, J4 Outdoors has built a strong reputation with consistent 5-star reviews, proudly serving Baltimore County, Carroll County, and surrounding areas.
